Even after Rxe7 Rxe7 b3 Movei cannot see that black is better in a reasonable time and says after some minutes when it finish iteration 11 +0.99 for white. evaluation does not seem to be the only problem because it seems that sjecng could see the queen in the board from the root position based on it's pv.
