There seems to be a nearly inexhaustible list of possible reasons to lose
concentration besides being "tired".

* Being distracted by noises or sights or other disruptions

* Being bored

* Suffering indigestion

* Having a headache

* Having an ingrown toenail, a hangnail, a boil, etc.

* Having had too much coffee/tea/cola (caffeine) or sugar

* Being depressed

* Having diarrhea or constipation

You get the idea.
