No dispute. As far as I heard from the organization the mess in the transmission was due to Gurevich attempt to call for draw by 3-fold repetition. While trying to reconstruct the game - the electronic sensor board transmitted some of the "legal" moves - messing up the game on the server. After they verified that no 3-fold repetition occurred, game resumed and Gurevich resigned in the final position. -- Shay
