The best program in the ssdf Fritz is also best in blitz based on rating lists
that I saw.

In most of the cases if A is better than B in blitz it is also better than B in
long time control based on rating lists that I see.

I understand your point but blitz is also chess.
A lot of humans play blitz and time is part of the game.
