Subject: OT - Why does my processor run at 100% when I play chess?

  I have Rebel Century 4, and Shredder 6. My computer is Celeron 700 MHZ, 192 MB
ram, and 10 GB hard disk. (Win2000).

  When I begin to play either program, the processor runs at 100 % and I can
hear the fan run all the time. I did not realize this problem with another
software. What could be the problem? Thanks.
