i don't have the book, but i think i saw a diagram with a d4-e3-f4 position for
white, so some kind of stonewall attack seems to be recommended.
i recently got fritz7 and played maybe 20 blitz games on the default level (ive
already forgotten what that was - maybe 5 0 or maybe some increment), always as
white, trying for some boring d4 Nf3 Bf4 e3 c3 stuff, so i was trying to play
some kind of anti-comp opening. i lost all games :-) - and i'm rated 2240 FIDE.
and i was playing those games on my P3 450MHz laptop - not really up-to-date
hardware.
in all those games, i got one very good position, and a few drawish ones, but in
blitz i just have no chance - too many blunders. i guess at longer time controls
like 30 minutes/game i could manage a draw from time to time (as white). i
always wanted to try this but my girlfriend doesnt like me sitting at my
computer too long :-)
