Harald, I have checked everything in my computer looking for a reason for such a paltry perfomance with H8, but nothing appears as working in the wrong way. I have made the experience unloading every resident program, putting out of action my F-Prot AV, my Zone Alarm anti-hacker device, etc, but always the best average counting is around 25 Knodes. Register and Hd fragmentation are OK, no virus at sight. Then what? What do you think could be the culprit? What I am missing? Perhaps XP OS? My best Fernando
