Another option if people are against bets is if the match ends only when
the program "who is better" says that one side is better with confidence of 95%.

The human is going to get money only if (s)he wins the match and get nothing in
case of losing.

The programmers are allowed to change the program between the games.

Interesting to know how many GM's  want a match in these conditions and what is
the minimal prize money to convince GM's to try.

The idea is to encourage only GM's who believe that they can beat the programs
covinvingly to try it in order to find how many GM's believe that they can do
it.
