We had an average 2 megabits per second pull from my ftp site.  Together with
our regular commercial HTTP site, it was costing too much.  So I had to reduce
bandwidth and number of connections.  The software I am using (WARD FTP Daemon)
does not handle that very well.  I will try to find a better FTP server.
