Definitely *not* (C)heating.

However, how much book the comp is allowed to use could become an issue.
Perhaps, in tournament play they could be limited to a certain size of book, may
be determined in KB's....ex. 500kbs

This makes things a little more balanced.

On the other hand, if we want to test bots to their limit, we should allow them
to play with all the memory they have got.

A dilemna!
