With our regular [commercial] HTTP site's traffic along with all the other office usage, it makes us go over a limit that costs us a large amount of money. The WAR FTP Daemon does not limit total bandwidth. That is what I need to be able to set. Often, I could support one hundred or more connections pulling only 2K/sec. I need to limit total throughput for my ftp site to about 1 megabit.
