I often have dozens to hundreds of connections pulling down up to 350K CPS (2.8
megabit/sec). With our regular [commercial] HTTP site's traffic along with all
the other office usage, it makes us go over a limit that costs us a large amount
of money.

The WAR FTP Daemon does not limit total bandwidth. That is what I need to be
able to set. Often, I could support one hundred or more connections pulling
only 2K/sec.

I need to limit total throughput for my ftp site to about 1 megabit.
