I'll check in when I get to the office, but it's ready to go. 180 10 doesn't sound so bad, although it is not quite like 40/2hr... I'd suggest something like 120 180 which should be almost perfect.. start off with 2 hours, then add 3 minutes for every move. But it is up to you. Your idea will control the length a little better...
