If you apply the Trinomial distribution you will get:
Shredder 6.02 is better than Hiarcs 8: 69% probability
Fritz 7 is better than Hiarcs 8      : 95% probability

"is better than" in this case means "will beat the same opponent in a new match
under the same conditions".
