No

Fritz7 played 494 games on Athlon1200 and only 250 games on K6-2 450.
We have 16 elo improvement based on 494 games and 21 elo reduction based on 250
games.

494*16-250*21>0 and it means that there is an improvement if you do the right
average.

I also believe more the results on A1200 because both programs played a similiar
number of games when on K6-450 Deep Fritz has 945 games when Fritz7 played only
250 games.

Maybe when Fritz7 plays also 945 games on K6-450 it's rating will be better than
Deep Fritz.

 May be Frans is hit the wall and no progress

The opposite if there is no big improvement in Fritz7 it is more easy to believe
that big progress in Fritz8 is possible.
