I'll have a go at an estimate but these are by no means accurate (based on
Genius and Tiger nps):

Index = 0.6

Index = 20

Index = 20 (same as Pocket PC iPAQ)

>   What would be the speed index of a Pentium III 800 Mhz  ?

Index = 400

All estimates but probably the right order of magnitude.
