Kh1 hxg4 >14. Rfc1 I think that this move is a mistake. Rfd1 with the idea of Qd8+ is more logical. I do not know if Rfd1 saves white but it is clearly better than Rfc1. The rook has nothing to do in the c file and I believe that no top program is going to play Rfc1 if you give it enough time. They may play Rfd1 or g3.
