But not directly. You would need to use the autoplayer:
- On the Chessbase side with the winboard adaptater and the auto232 wb fake
engine (the one everybody is using to play Fritz on chess servers I guess). I do
not know if a UCI equivalent exists.
- On the Genius side you will need a DOS version of genius a the original
autoplayer resident program.

Then you put each on a different machine with a serial cable inbetween (or maybe
also on the same machine if it has two COM ports).

Honestly, it is a lot of work for just playing some games...
