White had played 50 moves without a capture, but 132. Ra7# was black's 50th move (last caputure of the last pawn was by black on move 83). So after 132. Bg8 is RA7# win the game. The CB GUI handles winboard engines in a very clunky manner - and I guess that where the problem is - especially in light of the fact that Crafty plays it correctly under Winboard. White can a draw on any move that it plays on move 132 that does not allow a capture or mate by black on move 132. - 50 moves were then played without a capture or pawn move.
