Well if fuel cells do not come in time, there are other improvements planned in
current technologies.

The simplest of them is that smaller transistors will consume less. So you can
expect more speed from the same power consumption.

Also, organic LEDs are going to be widely manufactured in a few months. They
offer more readability with less power consumption.

With just these two improvements, I think 1GHz handhelds could consume no more
power than current 200MHz ones.
