If you have a normal internet connection and can get to the web, you can get to ICC. Their web address is http://www.chessclub.com. You can download their stuff and do all of that from there, I expect. I have never tried to register a GM before, but whatever it might tell you about payment options and all then when you try to register, a GM does not have to pay for an ICC account, so this will end up costing you nothing. If you run into any sort of hitch, I can get past it in a few minutes if you are able to contact me. If ICC won't work out, I am willing to discuss other means of doing this. bruce
