Sorry, but either your downloaded Fritz7Update.exe is corrupted (try to download again), or something is wrong with your Windows system (this would be a bigger problem). Installing the update from Fritz7 (I think you mean: with a running Fritz7) isn´t possible at all, because in this case the update programm couldn´t update some (actually used) components of Fritz7.
