Hi Derek, you also could try this: Delete the following two folders (subdirectories): C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information ( is hidden!) C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield These two folders include the InstallShield for Fritz7 and are created new, if they don´t exist. I think this could solve your problem! Maybe the two names "Program Files" and "Common Files" are not exactly spelled by me, because I have the German Windows installed, and here they are called "Programme" and "Gemeinsame Dateien". So I don´t know if my translations to English Windows names are correct, but if not, their names must be similar and you should find these folders with the Explorer. Best regards, Franz.
