Subject: Scid - how to enter or import a game?

I'm just starting with Scid. I've read some of the instructions and played
around with it awhile. Still, I can't seem to figure out how to enter or import
a game.

(1) I've got about 100 chess games entered into Fritz 7 and Chessmaster, and can
export them as simple PGN files, one game per file. I need to setup a database
in Scid and import them into Scid. That's the main thing I want to do, to get
started.

(2) It would also be nice to be able to enter the moves of a games on the Scid
chessboard and then make that game part of the database.

Can someone lead me by the hand, and give me a step-by-step series of
instructions to do so? There must be a simple trick of some kind (step) that I'm
missing. I'm running Windows 98se. Thanks a million!
