It may be that White can still draw here! Here's one possibility:

15...Kb8 16.Kc2 Kc7 17.Kd3 Kd7 18.Kd4 Ke6

   [18...g4 19.Kd5 Ke7 20.e6 b5 21.h3 h5 22.h4 b4 23.Kc4 Kxe6
    24.Kxb4 Kd5 25.Kc3 =]

19.g4 b5 20.Ke4 b4 21.Kd4 b3 22.Kc3 Kxe5 23.Kxb3 Kf4

   [23...Kd4 24.Kc2 Ke3 25.Kd1 Kf2 26.g3 Kg2 27.Ke2 Kxh2 28.Kf2 Kh3 29.Kf3 =]

24.Kc2 Kxg4 25.Kd2 =

I sincerely hope I am proven wrong, but so far I haven't been able to
demonstrate a Black win against correct defense.
