50MHz on a DragonBall (current Palms) is not a quarter of the speed of a 400MHz
StrongARM. It's less because the DragonBall needs more clock cycles to process
one instruction.
I expect the 200MHz ARM Palms to be 6 to 10 times faster than current Palms.
So the 400MHz one will be 12 to 20 times faster. The elo jump will be between
250 and 300 elo points.

Something like that I guess, but the purist are not going to agree.
