Unfortunately, you're stuck.

To make the application cross-platform the author has used Tcl/Tk, a perfectly
acceptable and stable Linux window manager which has been ported to Windows and
runs largely independently of it, so it _cannot_ access most of Windows' bells
and whistles including large fonts.

(To support a native Windows application, and a native Linux Tcl/Tk one, would
require several people to contribute I'm sure; the [sole] author has made a
good, pragmatic design decision, albeit one with some unfortunate consequences
as you've found out).

PS Despite it all the _horizontal_ scroll bar to move through the game list does
annoy me a bit ;)
