For the longest time, I didn't even pay attention to Intel prices; it didn't matter. However, in the last 3 months, I've noticed a lot of slacking from AMD. Perhaps this is the calm before the storm. Perhaps they have big plans, and at any moment will shock the world. Or, perhaps, all these "rumors" I keep hearing are just that; rumors. AMD sales have been falling, and Intel is quickly gathering the customers it had lost since the P4 release. Do you know that I have an e-mail from April, from an AMD sales person, telling me the .13 micron chips will be available in April. Guess what? They still aren't available, almost 2 full months later. Hell, I don't even need to post the e-mail, just go to AMDs website and read the press releases. It's there.
