If you really like windows, just pick the right X-window manager and theme,
and you can get a "start" button and the whole 9 yards.  Turn off case
sensitivity, etc.  Of course you will _never_ force unix to end all executable
files with .exe, but you can easily put spaces in filenames if you have such
a penchant.
