Radio waves definitely interact with human cellular structure, not always in "good" ways. Come down to UAB and walk into our 7 Tesla MRI facility. It will make you dizzy if you move while it is turned on. Which means that huge magnetic field is interacting with your cellular structure in some way. Good or bad? Probably bad.
