No it's a joke, but I don't believe either that a slight increase in temperature
can have such effects.
But what I believe has no importance. The original subject was about playing
chess on a cellphone. A non-emitting cellphone (or emitting only very brief
impulsions needed by the management of the GSM/CDMA networks), that you are
holding away from your head.
