Thanks, Franz. Believe it or not, I have downloaded so many times I have lost count. At least a half dozen times. Very exasperating! After downloading to my desktop, I first used Norton Antivirus to check it for viruses. Having found none, I then double clicked on the icon. That's when I got the error message. Incidentally, out of desperation, I did try to use winzip but it didn't work, as you might suspect. Bob D.
