If you expected it to be 100elo better than Fritz7, obviously you were wrong. Playing at the level of Ftiz7 (which it is) is a big improvement itself, considering the fact that it was out of the computer chess world for about 2 years. IMO cut +- 20 from hiarcs8 and it in the level of Fritz7. IMO the only disappointment in the commercial computer chess world were "gandalf5" and "Nimzo8", and IMO "Chesstiger14" is the great surprise, still kicking everyones butt. pavs
