Lunsen book is based on less games because of the minimum requirement that both players are at least 2200. Powerbook 2000 has a mimimum requirement of one player having 2000+ I believe. Also Powerbook has not removed the games like 1.e4 1-0/0-1/or draw and all the short draws. I don't think this has positive influence on the statistics.
