Subject: Which chess computer is suitable?

i want to buy a chesscomputer.i live in HK and there is no chess store in HK
(at least i never met),so i will order one online.
after searching the web, i found that there are 2 big company, the saitek and
novag, so my 1st question is, which company's is better?
i am a new beginner, and my 2nd question is , is the coach-system for beginner
useful? i ask this because i don't want to buy a beginner type chesscomputer
thanks for answering my question, and my budget is around $150USD
