Ron: My system is 256 Kb Ram and XP professional works fine. What is important, besides, is the speed of the processor. I recently upgraded to an Athlon because my old AMd 500 Mhz worked in the fringe of catastrophe and in fact I finished having one. If you have a better than 750 Mhz cpu and 256 in Ram I guess you will be fine. My best Fernando
