I hope this wont confuse things, but I have CM8000 on my Windows XP computer and
have had no problems with it. It was a new computer with XP pre-installed and
thus 'clean' when I installed CM8000 which may be one explanation as to why I've
not had any mishaps. So, technically it may work on your system, but as John
says, it will not be supported on XP - the risk is yours!

From what John as told us, CM9000 should be well worth the wait!

Best wishes

Matthew
