After some thinking it is easy to support the perft command under winboard.
I may consider adding another exe file that only support the perft command
without irrelevant files in the next version of movei.

Winboard needs to know nothing about the perft command and may believe that the
program plays a regular game.

when the program gets time control of x hours per game it is going to calculate
perft x.

I asked because I remember that chest was one of the fastest programs in
calculating perft but even chest had no chance against movei.
