Crafty actually isn't handling this specific case very well.  But I am
working on a fix so that it will.  Black's king is controlling the
queening square, and white's king isn't close enough to the pawn to rip
it before it "connects" to the black king.  The black pawn promotes.

This isn't hard to fix..
