Subject: New project: automatic commenting

Since June 2002 Convekta Ltd. (Chess Assistant developer) is starting at its
website http://www.ChessAssistant.com a new free project of commenting games of
most interest being currently played at all of the major tournaments throughout
the world.

Commenting is produced by the Chess Assistant which includes one of the world’s
strongest playing programs Chess Tiger (rated 2722 after SSDF).

The project is started with commenting on the Grand Prix tournament being held
in Moscow. Comments used to be made by the Athlon-1GHz computers which time for
thinking over each of the moves equalled 1 minute for a move.

At the moment all the 79 games played on June 3-5 at the tournament are
available in CA, PGN and DHTML formats.
