Don't knock it! If it's free, it must be good. :) On a more serious note: It takes time for my favorite chess engine, Fritz, to do an "overnight analysis" of a GM game. Having a website where the analysis has already been performed could be a time-saver for many. The only problem I see with it is that I, personally, have no control over the website's depth of analysis and the criteria used for reporting a line. I am currently in the process of analyzing a recent heavily annotated [by a GM] collection of GM games. Before I even started looking at the author's analysis, I had Fritz analyze all of the games in the book overnight [one game analyzed per night]. Also, I created a database of all referenced games by copying them out of CB8. I always set the amount of time to be used for each move and also set the amount of "position evaluation change" which will result in a line being presented in Fritz's analysis. Having control over these is VERY important to me. At the very least, the new website should report these settings. Bob D.
