good question. My guess is that chessbase is feverishly working to tweak and enhance the program as much as possible until they need to give him a copy. Once they give him a copy I don't think they can alter the software(except the opening book) as it would be a different program. But Who knows IBM appearently altered Deeper Blues software *mid match* against Kasparov. Which is obviously worse.(unless they agreed before this could be done which may be the case. does anyone know?)
