I played Anmon 5.21 against four first class amateurs in 60/5 blitz. PC was
AMD 450Mhz, UIF Fritz7, book Fritz7, ponder off, hash 32MB and 700 MB TBs.
Anmon won so it's quite probably very strong:

There is one minor glitz in Anmon - when running test suites under Fritz, it's
sometimes stops after a couple of positions for unknown reason.
