Do you want human-like play from your favorite chess engine? The quickest way to get there is to identify and eradicate all successful anti-computer strategies. Once the computer engine designers become aware of a new anti-computer strategy, they can modify their engine to make it immune to that strategy. But first, the anti-computer strategies must be identified. The search for anti-computer strategies can be likened to the search for new viruses. :) Bob D.
