First, the numbers I reported _were_ from a 21264/600mhz.  Tim Mann had
the machine.

Second, the NPS numbers were from tim's run of WAC for one minute per
position.

I don't know where you get your information, but the source is bad.  The
cpu was a 600mhz alpha 21264 and the speed came from the 300 positions of
WAC run for one minute per position.
