This is how my averno.per-file looks like: TABLA_HASH 96 NALIMOV_PATH c:\tbs EGTB_CACHE_SIZE 16 LIBROB_FICH c:\averno\040_PesceB.libro LIBRON_FICH c:\averno\040_PesceN.libro APRENDER 5 AP_SEGUNDOS_MIN 15 SELECTIVIDAD_LIBRO 5 LIMITE_ACEPTACION -25 The parameters themselves are explained at Averno's homepage http://www.geocities.com/josec_averno/ if you scroll down a little. You can choose just the ones you want to have and leave out what you don't want to change and leave as default. How to create a .per file? Open notepad, write whatever you like , then when you save it, make sure to select "all files" instead of textfiles before you enter the name for the file. You could probably just use the above example if you simply change the paths to the correct ones on your computer and choose the values for hash and cache that are best for your computer( you know that from other engines already).
