Seriously, I think that version B.45 would also do better against Crafty at longer time controls. I guess, that the improvement, which you seem to observe, is due to 2 reasons: 1st: you changed time control (Comet is generally bad at short times, believe it or not) 2nd: probably a bit luck for Comet in your games Greetings, Uli
