The way I read it he is correct.  The web page says XP is a windows version of
Century4 (slightly improved) and runs in ChessPartner not winboard.  It also
says it's expected out in Apr/May 2002.  Obviously it did not make it's target
date.  In fact it's still not in Beta stage as far as I know.
