No. It is planned. However, many GUIs can do this using Yace as the analysis
engine.

Only what is in readme.txt and news.txt. Many commands are rather obscure, and
there is no need to understand them (for example command to change the format of
PGN files, which are there because some friends asked me for such a tool, and it
was easiest to implement it inside the chess engine).
