It's a good idea for us to wait for the 2500+ (2ghz) chip before upgrading.. although something better would be nice now the slight increase in speed IMO is not worth the money. I just wish AMD would have kept the core itself somewhat larger (or at least have some sort of heat spreader) on the Tbred. They kept the voltage high for some reason & with such a small core putting out so much heat in such a small area it will wreak havoc on aluminium heatsinks. If you end up going with the Tbred later on instead of the P4 be sure you've got some pure copper heatsinks for those chips (or at least copper inserts/copper base). Most copper/aluminium mix heatsinks don't have the proper connection between the two metals thus they do not provide the cooling increase most people expect.. this is why I suggest all copper.
