Go up one level in this thread

The winner is 2200+ someone posted a overclocked 2000+ but it still didn't match
up either there are new core differences or the .13 micron makes this cpu about
twice as fast as mine even though it isn't at 2Ghz.

Latest Fritz 7 engine: AMD Thunderbird 1hz 256MB for hash tables CAS 2 PC 133

729 (11.2s)
517 Kn/s

128MB:
763 (11.7s)
541 Kn/s

96MB:
793 (10.4s)
549 Kn/s

So a 2.2Ghz P4 is not even twice as fast as My computer
a 2.8Ghz P4 is but the 533Mhz bus probably make a huge difference.

an overclocked 2000+ to 1812.5 is not equal to the new 2200+
1339 (6.1)
950 Kn/s not sure how much for Hash tables

I hope the Opteron is atleast 3Ghz
but a good reference system , even though the 2200+ is twice as fast as my 1Ghz
would be the 2500+ so whoever mentioned it Kudos.
